Learned alot about Kim

I nvr payed much attention to these singers backgrounds (of course nvr was given a true behind the lines about em). So my knowledge of Kim vs Faith was that Biggie hooked up w/ Faith first and then meet Kim via the music biz and had an affair w/ her while married to Faith.

Seeing this movie I now realize that he was initially spending time w/ Kim and later hooked up w/ Faith. But can assume my memories of the situation came to play due to him marrying Faith and continuing to see Kim either during or afterwards (i.e. seperation/divorce).

I enjoyed the portrayal of Kim in this movie compared to another bio pic that was shown on TV. That bio pic was based on fictional characters but was meant to been about Biggie/Tupac. Some of u may recall the TV movie I'm referring to.

In beginning I questioned how this young girl was going to turn out to be the Kim I've seen rapping but they road her part out pretty well even though they perhaps didn't need to ~ being this movie is mainly about Christopher.

Ironically try to find it using the singers names but obviously no one choose to connect them to it. You got me wondering what movie it was (been awhile) and only memory I could recall was an actor from it. Luckily his page had the DVD cover as one of his movie pics and recognized it. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0325982/combined

True the movie was made to be played out w/ different characters (names, storylines done a bit differ, etc) but it was obvious from the east coast / west coast war and one of the main characters having two women in his life (one looking like a version of Kim and other as Faith) that it was a story about Biggie/Tupac.

Think the only reasoning they had to use fake character names was due to they didn't perhaps have permission for the rights of their stories and for me (after seeing this movie) ~ they also perhaps took most of their ideas of these singers from the media.
