Honestly!!!

Did Biggie seriously not see anything wrong with walking around in Los Angeles at the time? I remember him and Puffy were on a lot of radio stations announcing where they were going to be, partying it up. Granted, I don't condone violence at all, but if I were a supserstar celebrity and my rival had just been killed(It had only been six months), and on top of that there were rumors of myself being responsible for it, I would like to think one would have more sense than to do what Biggie was doing.

I was a teenager when all of this happened and even back then I remember asking other people, "Why are they doing this? What are they thinking?" Anybody in their right mind would know that it was foolish to be in Cali if you were Biggie Smalls at the time. I refuse to believe that not one thought went through their heads that some crazy obsessed Tupac fan would try to do something to them.

It's sad this had to happen, but every time I watch this movie, I just think to myself, damn Biggie this could have all been avoided if you just listened to your mother, or had common sense. They must have been really stupid or really arrogant. Again, If I were Biggie, I wouldn't have come to Cali so soon, but even if I did, I would have been very subtle, and not broadcast myself constantly. Why couldn't he promote LAD in New York?

Thoughts?

I absolutely agree. That was the dumbest thing to do while they were in that situation. I don't know how in the world they thought they wouldn't be harmed there with angry Tupac fans and Suge Knight on the loose. They could have called me dumb, weak or punk. I don't care, no way would I have tried to party on enemy turf. Thats like seeing someone shooting a gun and walking straight into the fire. That was just ignorant.
