Why did they make Faith Evans look like a ghetto bitch?

Oddly I agree ~ but need 2 state that I'm a tomboyish type so I'd rather hit a man over a woman. To me that scene showcased what I already know from this world. Which is that Women (and some Men) will go after their equals versus the one that perhaps did them wrong.

Let's say (for sake of reversal of roles) that it was Faith cheating ~ would you be ok w/ Biggie hitting or going after her? Or perhaps you would be ok w/ seeing him lay the man out ... even though the man didn't know she was married?

I bring that point up because ppl always wants 2 see things one sided but when it comes to the other side ... it's a whole different story.

Faith did start to hit him but i think the white girl either said something or tried hitting her so she went after her.

Actually they made her look more like an innocent sweet girl, instead ghetto and hood. She did things far worse than burst through the hotel door. And you don't have to be hood/ghetto to react the way she did when you find your HUSBAND cheating. I think they made Faith out to be more angelic than what she really is(whose going to believe that she turned Biggie down for a date at the shoot, I think she was all over him) and they made Lil Kim out to be this whore who just followed him around like a little lost puppy.

Think of what happens when a man finds his wife sleeping around. He usually starts a fight with the other man, not his wife.

Ghetto bitch? Where did you get that from? Anybody who catches their husband in the act of cheating on them has every right in the world to go off. What was she supposed to do, smile, sit down, have tea cakes and coffee? Being ghetto has nothing to do with it, a beat down is in order no matter who puts it down. Furthermore, she was confronting her husband and the jump off chick got brave and kicked her, what was she supposed to do after that, just stand there? Inserting yourself into a situation such as that will catch you a beatdown every time, no matter where you are, or what color you are. Ghetto doesn't have a thing to do with it. If that was the case, the girl she caught him with was ghetto as well for holing up in a room with someone I'm sure she knew was married. Who didn't know Biggie was married to Faith?
