Oppenheimer
The scientist invented a war machine that distroyed the world. And the voice actor's last name was Oppenheimer. I wonder if he got the job just for name's sake?
I'm an ice sculptor - last night i made a cube.

He invented the machine to create things that would progress society, but because it lacked a soul, it could be easily corrupted to create war machines like the Chancellor wanted.
shareIt's a good coincidence either way! I'll have to check out what else he's done now...seems like the guys a bit of a legend so it is just a coincidence!
shareI also noticed the coincidence. According to Wikipedia, Alan Oppenheimer is third cousin to Robert Oppenheimer (of nuclear physics fame).
shareThat is actually kind of a cool point, but don't you folks know how Alan Oppenheimer is? He's a wonderful, legendary voice actor. He did a bunch of voices on 'He-Man', including the amazing voice of Skeletor! Please, look him up on wikipedia or imdb. There's this monster trend of getting celebrities to do voice work now, which this movie is totally guilty of, but it redeemed itself a little by hiring at least one genuine voice actor.
