What is 9 made of?

Hey my niece loves this movie and we are making a 9 doll. Can anyone help me and tell me what parts 9 are made of. Mostly like his eyes.

9's body has the texture of burlap, which is easily found in brown/tan. Get a small zipper, or cut up a coin purse from the thrift store.

You can buy black-and-white eyes for plushies in several different sizes. Maybe surround the eye with a round metal ring like a goggle. Hardware or home improvement store might be a rich source of parts.

Don't remember his feet. Sew a shape from vinyl cloth?

His eyes were the female part of a snap button, not the balck and white buttons found on plush toys.
