Who played James McHenry (Secretary of War) in Unnecessary War?


I know there was a topic on this awhile back, but I don't remember there being an answer. Does anyone know the name of the actor playing James McHenry in the episode Unnecessary War?

I believe it is Zak Orth.

He was also in the 1998 HBO WWII film 'When Trumpets Fade' with Ron Eldard about the awful Hurtgen Forrest. I like that film quite a bit.

Looks like him, thanks. He is listed as "Actor" though, perhaps for the Hail Columbia performer.
