The mastectomy scene made me teary; bite on a stick and cut away.
The death scenes were all incredibly sad -- a salute to the actors and characters developed over the Series.

There's an article about what exactly she went through. I don't know the link to it, but it gets into graphic detail. I cringed when I read it I'm surprised the poor girl didn't die from going into shock.
shareMy favourite scene from the last episode was the correspondence scene with Adams and Jefferson both writing to each other and patching up their past differences and finally making peace with one another in the end.
