Do I know that face?

Did Abigail really see someone she knew dead in the cart after the battle of bunker hill? yes this is movie context only, not based on fact necessarily) I'm just wondering if that was someone that had been seen in the series before, other wise I thought it was an odd moment. the only person i could think it could have been was a the man who came to the door to beg john to defend captain preston and his men.

any other thoughts?

The Adams family lost a close friend, Joseph Warren in the battle. Abigail's letter to John about the battle is one of her best.

It is not our abilities that show who we truly are...it is our choices

I don't think it was Dr Warren, though, because we know (and they refer to this in the series) that the English mutilated his body horribly.

So I wouldn't expect to see his body with the others on a cart, and I wouldn't expect his face to be recognizable, either...

I don't know, I was a bit puzzled by that scene, too.

I'm wondering if it was not simply meant to convey the kind of atmosphere you were in at the time...
You know, the momentary anguish one might feel at the idea that there may be someone you knew in that pile of bodies.
