9 and 12 yr old ballroom pair in NY auditions

I see that not many are posting on here, but I wanted to comment about last week's episode. There were a few ballroom pairs that auditioned and they all made it to the academy except one girl, Liza. Her partner Josh made it and she didn't. I just didn't understand why she didn't make it. She was just as good as the other younger ballroom girls. There were some kids I've seen make the cut that didn't have that good of technique I thought. Maybe they saw an immaturity in the girl that I didn't see. idk

Her partner was really good, if I remember. She looked especially weak and immature dancing next to him. That might have been the problem.

I was positive as well that they sent him through and not her, but she was definitely at the academy last night. I was confused.

I didn't see her in last night's episode, but I think there is another girl that looks like her.
