I spotted two - the Riker's prison guard who released Slide is Frank Pesce who played the cigarette seller; and Josh picked up Slide from jail in a Chevy Nova, which was Axel Foley's car.

Did I miss any others?

I was wondering where I saw him before! You're right, the guy in the cigarette truck! Didn't he also appear in Part 2?
