1st half - engaging, setting up the plot, sorting out the characters. Possible love interest. Distress. Anger. Despair.
2nd half - totally idiotic. Like watching It's a Mad Mad World.
Such a shame. They had me hooked and then just dropped me.
It seemed to me that they had a deep enough story, with the Madoff guy and the heist organizing and planning, and there was even a chess game to symbolize the challenging-ness of the plot.
But then it turned into a death-defying circus stunt, and the wonky ending with the gold car-parts.
A lot of the ending stuff was not really credible.
It was generally entertaining, just basically a fail.
