Can somebody please tell who plays which character in the movie?Is Sebastion Cane the bad guy in this movie?

Christian Slater is the bad guy in this one. That's the only reason I'm looking forward to it. Slater playing a bad guy will make any movie alright to watch! :-) He's a soldier/assassin who volunteers for the experiment, and goes mad.
