About an hour after watching through the movie and waiting for an answer, i still have a question. During the movie, when Maggie is explaining the story of Michael Griffin, she says he dies and gets buried and that she felt responsible for his death, yet he's still up and killing. Either i've missed something or the movie's missed something.

i think she thought he had died but it was a cover up...the government were using Slater's character to bump political characters off.
