Yes, of course. :) It picks up body heat and invisible or not the body would produce heat unless he was dead or something. In fact there are a lot of non-visual means of detection and tracking that would work such as IR (or nightvision), radar, etc... Not only that but in the original Wells novel (which was inspiration for this movie and the original) anytime the Invisible Man ate the digesting food was visible so when he goes on the run near the end of the book he can't eat anything.
