The one sligh thing that bothered me.
Codeman Silent Knight. Wouldn't it be just the opposite, because they didn't do anything about his ability to make noise. That just struck me as stupid right off th bat.

In case you didn't notice, the special forces team was using night vision goggles and monitors to try and track him, he simply kept slipping past them "somehow." The government team is shown throughout the movie using night vision to track him, it's just that usually only one guy out of the team is using it, which is pretty stupid.
