I'm wondering exactly what the connections to the original are. It's been AGES since I've seen the original so I'm wondering if any of the characters are the same people. I assume the project is the same one as in the first movie (except with perhaps more military/goverment invovlment) but other than that. Just wondering what the continuity on this is. Thanks. :)

I'm pretty sure none of the characters are the same. They mention a first experiment which created invisibility, and it ended with all but 2 people dead. Presumably this is a reference to the first movie but they never name names.
Never a good sign when a sequal has such vauge connections to the original (makes me thing of "Return of the Living Dead 3") :)

Just saw it and all I can say is 'It could have been better', and I mean it, it could have been better. There were just too many unexplained things on this, why did they make a sequal? And why does CS play these parts?
