Can someone explain the ending? (Spoilers, obviously)

When Amber was driving home and her tires got slashed...she gets out of her car and calls Lance. Then, the screen cuts to black and we hear a scream. I got that it was the "Zombie Fisherman" who was stalking her, but why couldn't she see him? Is he invisible now or something after she "killed" him again? Am I just overthinking this?

Most likely teleportation since he was more of a ghost than a zombie.

Theres some other chase scenes in the movie where he teleports or seems to.

Sadly, it was probably another dream sequence. Either that or possibly the best writing in hollywood.

Did you not see him standing behind her? His eyes were glowing red as well. So pathetic.
