Why did they ignore the gun twice??
I've just watched this abysmal film and I can understand a lot of the bad reviews I read about it. Despite the shallow script, poor acting and plot inconsistencies, I still found it fun to watch for the suspense aspect and the producers should get credit for making the lion attacks realistic.
One of the strange things I found is that they quite clearly showed us the gun and shortly afterwards the keys, using the kid's camcorder to zoom in. Why the heck didn't they pick up the gun to kill the lions first then get the keys? Ok let's assume that they didn't see it for whatever reason, but later on when that poacher got killed inside the car he quite clearly had a gun...again they decide to ignore that.
I'm not even going to get started on the stupid chit chat they have, why they didn't try and jump start the car, why Amy decides to blow up the vehicle when it was unsafe because I have better things to do!
