It's not just that I really desperately wanted the girls in particular to be eaten, but the dialogue, screenplay, storyline & even propps were a seemingly never ending series of tired old cliches, performed by what appeared to be a vaguely disinterested cast.
If you're looking for a well written non-cliched and truly suspenseful creature feature, then you could do worse than try Black Water.
