'It ended in a chair..'

What exactly does that like refer to when it quickly cuts to a rocking chair after Juno gives birth? Does it mean Juno and Paulie started an offical in that chair or did Paulie die in the chair? Please answer

the baby was concieved in a chair and ends up with a loving adoptive mother in the rocking chair. full circle and all that jazz :)

IMO, they shoul'dve showed Vanessa sitting on the rocking chair while cradling/feeding the baby. That would've made sense, because the film started with Juno and Paulie doing it on the easy chair. But the show of the empty rocking chair and Vanessa and baby to the side made no sense.

I think the implication that a new mother would rock in a rocking chair with her baby is pretty self-evident.

Jfc Paulie didn't die. We see him playing music with Juno in the last scene. I mean, he died eventually, but there was no implication that he died within the course of the story. Where did you even get that?
