They should have cast Keanu Reeves as Max Payne. Why? Because the Max Payne games are like The Matrix! They also should have had John Woo direct this movie instead of John Moore.

I think Keanu would be a great pick too!
I think his physique would be a bit more fitting too, as max Payne looked tall, not short and ripped like mark is. Plus I think his deep voice would definitely help as well.

Max Payne was in development before the matrix and I don't know why I'm the only one seeing the obvious in casting James McCaffrey as max.

Probably because you've been a Payne fan for longer than most on here. James is the obvious choice for as well
