Retro chic?
Was anyone else distracted by the 70s-style touches all throughout this movie, especially in the wardrobe? I get that it was a nod to the original, but it was too extreme against the distinctly modern counterparts. It made everything look too costume-y. I don't want to be noticing the wardrobe first in most of the scenes, it kind of removes you from the flow. For me at least.
