I think it means Girly-girl, but it's probably left mysterious on purpose as a MacGuffin, like the contents of the stolen box in Pulp Fiction or the weapon in Mission Impossible 3.

It an interesting note the G was translated as an F in the subtitles in Spanish, I think it means "Great" and in Spanish they mean "Fabulous"
