Worst = Master P
But I haven’t watched this show in years so perhaps there have been other, better candidates.

Best that I've seen was Meryl Davis.
Worst is a tie between the ones who just stood while the pro danced around them.
Joe Amabile from last season was pretty bad, probably even worse than Master P. Scored a 14 week 1 and it didn't get much better. Lasted 8 weeks, sadly.
