But John Reginald Halliday Christie, the man who framed Evans, is not. How come?

Because Christie isn't relevant to Pierrepoint's story. Timothy Evans is because he was innocent.

Pierrepoint didn't hang Christie. It's a film about Pierrepoint, remember.

Pierrepoint did hang Christie on the same gallows he hanged Evans.
