Maybe Jason Statham as an English soldier on the allied forces. He fights Fu Manchu. Also Sam Worthington as an American soldier in the Army who fights against the Nazis and slays the Werewolf women of the SS (kills even the Krupp sisters) and he with this soldiers kill those characters in the trailer or they could capture them. Maybe there could be Jason Statham team up with Sam Worthington (Terminator Salvation, Avatar) against Nazis.

Why is Fu Manchu even in this story? It seems to me that if they wanted Cage to play an Asian character, just have him play Emperor Hirohito, of Japan during WWII.

It's a trope; the Naziplotation movies, esp. the Italian ones, were notoriously bad for historical accuracy, even within the context of their semi-imagined universes. Also a nod to pulp fiction and films of the 30s and 40s, in which Fu Manchu was a huge character, and which were some of the first grindhouse-worthy films e.g. MGM's The Mask of Fu Manchu from 1932.
