Yes, it was bad!-EXPECTED MORE!!!

This movie, I think we all understand was aimed at kids, nonetheless, it was predictable and didn't bring the same quality that Eddie Murphy brought.

Things that didn't make sense/annoyed me:
-What happened to the original stars? Why couldn't they have gave them different names instead of trying to make us think they all got some scary plastic surgery? They could have said this was another chain of Daddy Day Care, instead of getting look a-likes and giving them the same name?

-At the end of Daddy Day Care, didn't they buy that old building and converted it into the new Daddy Day Care building? Why where they working out of the home again!?

-Lochlyn Munro's(Lance Warner's)laugh and attitude was almost as annoying as Ray Liotta's.

- The kid with no smell just so happens to pick up the smelliest animal around and it wait's until he get's on the bus and aim's at the window.... It wouldn't have let him touch him!!!!!!!

- I was going to rate it a 4, because it wasn't low-budget, but shouldn't a movie not-so-low-budget have been able to come up with something better?!

-Again, it was predictable... All the kids conquer their fears and eg.fat bully stopped bed wetting-which was just as predictable ('I don't like sleepovers' :(), the little kid with the glasses and the kid who can't smells ability's actually came into use, nerd boy gets prep girl (why was she there anyway?!), son proves himself and earns fathers respect and dignity -in BOTH cases-, they seem to beat their only rival in every single event thanks to hard training and persistence.

I'm sure there's more that I can't think of -or just don't want to remember- that is just as bad. Everyone says "Don't be so tough on a kid's movie" but you know what? I kids probably saw what was coming! Be CREATIVE FOR ONCE! You think they would step up their game if they had totally new characters!

I'm glad I didn't rent it, even though I still wasted precious electricity watching it, because it was just sad. I expected more. Never Laughed. Therefore it get's a 2.5/10

P.S. Mullet's are nothing to be proud of!

The lack of Eddie Murphy is what brings the score of this movie down to Earth terms. Do not get me wrong, Cuba Gooding Jr. is an awesome actor; but he was made to act on Thrillers, not on sequels of comedies. I was really, really dissapointed when I SAW that Eddie Murphy wasn't on this one.

Now about the original child actors (or better said, their characters)... Doesn't this movie take place like 5 years after the original history? I could be wrong, but my apologies as I can't recall when this one takes place, but it definitely takes place after the original one.

And while it was very obvious what would happen on the movie, I do believe that if Eddie Murphy acted this paper again, it would have been a lot better. At least I am sure we would have had some good laughs at the obvious resolutions of the story.

Again, don't get me wrong, but Cuba Gooding is not a guy that should be the lead comedy movies :<.
