Quitting
Why did they all quit and walk out after the Four Courts attack? I thought they were all so dedicated and gung-ho about it.

Maybe they didn't want to get in a situation like Damien.
Spoiler:
He had to watch when his former allies killed Dan and was himself killed by his own brother.
Will Graham: I don't find you that interesting.
Hannibal Lecter: You will.
But they were there later, right, to get the guns at the end? Or no?
who was where?
If I remember correctly some of the guys left after the Four Courts attack and later on Damien and Dan went to get guns (?). That's when Dan gets shot and Damien gets arrested. Or am I wrong?

You are right, but Rory, etc were with them and escaped during the firing.

The reason some (not all) of them walked out was because they knew they would end up fighting against people they had been fighting alongside for years. They didn't want to be involved in that kind of brother-against-brother civil war.
And in the movie, they were right; Remember when Damien's crew was disgusted to see Teddy in the uniform of the Free Staters? That
was the beginning of the split between the IRA factions. The movie ended with the ultimate in betrayal.
