I need to get caught up on the postings. Didn't see this one until today.

When I read that Jensen and his family were opening a brewery I wondered if/when Supernatural ends will he go full time at the brewery or still act in either TV shows or movies. I'm pretty sure a majority of visitors will be Supernatural fans but am hoping it will be a big success. Would love to make a trip down there myself.

I have been thinking along the same lines too. I can imagine them both thinking when Supernatural ends we might not be so lucky in getting full time employment, we need something to fall back on. At first I thought they were both going into the same venture together, didn't turn out that way. Maybe Jared buys beer off Jensen's brewery!!

I think Jared said if he wanted to buy the beer for sale he couldn't be part of the brewery, just like Jensen couldn't be part of Jared's bar.

Something about legal issues saying the bar couldn't have sold the beer if they were both investors in either?

It was a while ago I read about it. So I might have gotten the wrong end of the stick.

That's what it was all about, I seem to remember something but couldn't remember the legalities of it all. That's a real shame. I wonder if that was the reason why they didn't jointly go into partnership together. Because they did mention about setting up a bar together and calling it The Winchester family business or something similar. I wonder why they went onto do separate businesses?

I like the fact that he's in this with family, including his bride. Hmm, maybe the next time I visit Round Rock to visit my family, I'll see if my brother and his bride want to check that place out.

If you do go take plenty of pictures.

I've really been enjoying all the articles and posts and whatnot about the brewery opening, and hearing how hands-on the entire family is, which is honestly expected in any new business for the first year or more to get it up and running.

I love how much of a family project it really is, and I wish them all the best. I hope it's successful because I'd like to take a trip to Austin in a year or so, and of course stop by the brewery.
