A tumblr post seen on another forum by someone who seems to have a decent handle on spoilerage. Obviously nothing of real substance yet, a little question about Misha's status, seemingly nothing more on Mark Sheppard's which would appear to lean toward confirmation that he's gone, certainly from a "regular" standpoint.

The one bit of news she seems to have that I haven't seen anywhere else is that Jensen is NOT going to direct now as it conflicts with his business's opening, so that's disappointing, especially in terms of the discussion in another thread about whether he would be more proactive next season or not. Right now it appears not. Boo. :(

Yes, that spoiler page's the one that made me fear for Crowley.
It's unfortunate that Jensen's not directing this season. He's really investing into his personal stuff. I can't blame him but like you say, it tells me he'll probably have the same hands-off approach in season 13.
I'm eager to see how the cast is going to dodge the potentially spoilery questions at JIB.

I keep hearing this, what business is Jensen delving into, first I've heard. Is this Hot off the press news or something that's been on the burner for a while? Shame he's not directing. He's damned good!

I am SO gutted about Mark. Is this why Pelligrino has been bought back? I hope we haven't lost Mark S long term. I fear the show will suffer if MS isn't on board. That has depressed me.

Could that be a reason why Rowena was killed off?
