Do you think the writers are going to end up having Lucy's lovechild go the way Amara did? Or at least have Amara just kill him and Lucy off.. Love Mark Pellegrinos Lucy but it's getting a bit old having Lucy this Lucy that all the time.. kinda wish s12 never happened the way it did.

By going the way Amara did, do you mean growing up at an accelerated rate? I always thought the nephilim would grow up fast. He's only a fetus now and he's already very advanced. I don't think we'll be seeing Amara this season so she wouldn't be the one who kills Luci or Luci Jr.

Yeah, if the nephilim survives the finale, I fully expect them to go with turning him into Amara 2.0 - not just by aging him up at an accelerated rate, but even in the last episode, it was said that the baby could destroy the whole universe, which puts its power level at almost Chuck and Amara's, IMO. Ugh.
And you're not the only one who thinks having Lucifer around is getting old. I don't think they should've ever brought him back last year. It pretty much negates all of season 5 for me, and unfortunately, after turning him into a whiny teenager last season, I find it more than a little difficult to take him seriously now even if Mark P. is playing him.
Yeah. I think the the Nephilim will grow at a accelerated rate and I feel like they will dedicate all of S13 on the Nephilim. Kind of like with Amara, I'm just hoping at the end of S13 it doesn't turn into what they ended up doing with Amara. Her going off to the sidelines when it should of honestly been an epic battle.

Glad to have you. I was disappointed with season 11. I loved season 10. But eleven had flaws that were hard to overlook.
shareI have a feeling lately that this show and its writers love to bring back old characters because they are unsure how to create new characters. Lucifer is very tiring now, and I think they need to can him and give him a proper send-off. I loved Lucy post S7E17 with Sam he was superb. But this time as much as I adore MP he needs to go. They need to invent new stronger characters with that familiar appeal. We know they can do it, but not please as annoying as Charlie or Claire Novak are. Lucifer has passed his sell by date, and it's dragging to watch him squabble with Crowley when I know Mark is as an actor worth more than that, to watch him lick the floor was cringe worthy of his real talent. Which we know Mark ooozes. I want badass Mark back, or get rid.
That's my problem with Metatron and Lucifer. I think both should've been finished and done with. The show was at it's best when it kept the characters refreshed or had a plan. Now it's so random and not thought out.
