For episode 22, my guesses are that Toni is forced to help Dean get in Mary's head. He stays at the bunker with them. Ketch kills Toni. Ketch dies. While all that's happening, Sam goes to the BMoL with the other hunters.
For episode 23, my guesses are that the lock of hair in Lucifer's hand is Rowena's, but whether she's there or not, I don't know, and Mary seems to be involved with Kelly and the nephilim, so I'm guessing she'll die. Really annoyed by that for a number of reasons, but I'll try not to be too annoyed by it until after it's over, because I'm probably wrong, and there's no point in getting annoyed if I don't have to be. :)
Why are Ketch and Mary back in the bunker?
sharePure speculation, but what if Mary is allowed off her leash to kill whoever Ketch tells her to kill, and he tells her to go kill Jody? She goes there, but either Dean and Sam have called to warn Jody, or Jody and Mary fight, and Alex comes out of nowhere to help Jody. They knock Mary out, and then bring her to the bunker? Ketch shows up to get Mary back?

I'll be very annoyed . . . more annoyed about that than about Eileen or pretty much anyone else since season 7.
