On TNT this week they had the episode "Bloodlust" which Lenore was introduced as a Vampire. She also appeared later in "Mommy Dearest" where she was killed by Cass. It got me to thinking that she would have probably been sent to Purgatory. Would have loved seeing her again when Dean was sent there and have her maybe save Dean at one point.
I liked Lenore and wish her last episode had been more dignified. I feel If she had appeared in purgatory saving Dean from Gordon it would give the character some redeming value. She was better than Benny.
Same here. Gordon and Dean had a very interesting dynamic. I loved watching Sterling and Jensen together. I was a bit sad when Gordon and Dean's budding friendship went south lol.
Me too. Sterling made Gordon a really fascinating character, I would have loved to see more of him. But at least Gordon's arc stayed intense throughout, it fits.
They truly wasted so much potential with purgatory, and it's not like it was expensive to shoot. Just have Dean in regular BC woods and then filter out all colour.
I remember that summer hiatus when we excitedly speculated what could happen if all the monsters with a score to settle with Dean showed up. People were making YouTube videos and everything.
But it all fizzled like a lead balloon. Dean was out within seconds of the new season. He only met some miscellaneous vampires. It was all such a sad missed opportunity. Instead of an adventure in purgatory with Sam frantic to find a way to rescue Dean, Sam hits a dog and yadda yadda yadda...
