I was wondering that myself. I hope it speeds up in aging because if it doesn't, then it will be that "baby" type of storyline, where they wont want to kill it cause it's cute and small, you know - they can teach it the "right" way and so on.
Well the last one seemed to age normally but don't think this will be possible if they intend to carry on this storyline. Seems that some people think the Lucifer and child is the one that will be carried on to the next Season and can't imagine having a baby for long in what is supposed to be a horror programme.
shareActually, if they wanted an easy fix for the mess they've made of this season, they could have Lucifer figure out how to get out of his body to stop Crowley from using him as his puppet, convince Mary to be his vessel, and then have Lucifer take off with the baby, never to be seen again (I'd be using an evil grin emoji right now if we had them).
shareGreat - I'm totally with you - this gets rid of Lucifer, Mary and baby - oh dear just thought - it might mean we had Mary as Lucifer for the next Season as the big bad.........
