I don't get the joke though, I've never heard of Camay soap, is it like a 'it's cheap and you get what you pay for' kind of thing or is it like sandpaper or what?

It's a 'luxury' soap. The joke being, she didn't mind buying cheap stuff but when it came to her a**, she bought the good stuff.
