What episode is the one where Chris talks about Tonya and then it cuts to a car chase cutaway scene?

Thanks for the help but it wasn't that one. It was when Tonya was getting talked to by her parents and the narrator Chris said it was like a fast car get away where the car turns the corner and loses a hubcap.
