What was last weeks epi about and ..

Hey, I forgot to watch it last week , what was it about??? I wanted to watch it on the cw but it only has the epi where they get make overs and when they attempt to be fire fighter. Was that last weeks? And was the episode where they get a make over the week BEFORE?

The makeover episode was the week before, where the geeks got the makeovers, then they had a soap opera challenge and then finally they had the cross dressing contest. Last weeks episode was the firefighter challenge for the geeks and the math and digging through garbage for the beauties.
