THe guy that dressed up as a vampire was telling joe " we need to treat eachother with respect so apologize to her" but its like -oh ya! dressing up as a vampire to scare someone is treating them with respect!- how stupid. they were being disrespectful too,

Yeah that's true, but Tommy didn't originally plan to scare Tara. Tommy just dressed up as a vampire for the hell of it, and then it was the other beauties who came up with the idea that he should scare Tara so he just seemed to be going along with it. I don't think Joe should have had to apologize though, I think they were both at fault.
