Yea he was there when everyone was outside, but oddly enough he was only in the background (I'm so used to him being the center of attention!!) and in the end after it was announced that Tommy and Amanda had won Joe came out of the mansion along with the other cast members that hadn't been picked up by the limos. And reanimated is right, he was in a cowboy hat which is the only reason I remember he stuck out a bit.
shareNot surprisingly it looked like nobody wanted much to do with him.
He pretty much burned alot of bridges early on and didn't really mend too many apparently, although he seemed oblivious to the cold-shoulders.
