Season 5 (The Final Season) Disappointing.

This season failed compared to others because all the TRUE geeks got kicked off the show way too early. They all came back in the last episode with their own makeover, and their private makeovers were WAAYYYYY more impressive than any of the ones on the show! I wasn't impressed with any of the makeovers on the show this season.

I blame it all on Tom. He kept kicking all the interesting people off the show. I did not like that guy. He is not a true geek. He may pass as a semi-geek but we all have a little geekiness inside. And the final battle was a ridiculous unfair finish... that competition was more like "Who is the best navigator?". The show just felt so rushed.

Also, the hottest beauty of all, Jillian, getting kicked off the show lost ratings there. That was totally unfair how she got kicked off. Being on the opposite team and she has to take the blame? That's the most ridiculous "twist" ever. The show was trying too hard to create new "twists" but none of them were good ideas.

The challenges just weren't as interesting as last seasons. The whole building on fire thing was lame; I thought I was watching Fear Factor. Stick to being BEAUTY AND THE GEEK!

I think Season 4 stands out as the most popular, and I enjoyed it a lot, because the finale even was like some American Idol voting thing.

I completely agree with you. I can't believe that this is how Beauty and the Geek goes out, it would have been a pretty good season without the stupid twists or Tommy the fake geek (my god I thought I was the only one who couldn't stand that guy, he is so freaking annoying, worst BATG winner ever).
