Why did Victor attack Kayla in the lab?

After Logan leaves Kayla demands Stryker set her sister free, but he refuses. Then Victor confronts Stryker about letting Logan leave and he demands the Adamantium treatment, Stryker says no because he wouldn't survive the treatment. Kayla states that Stryker is lying to them both and she moves like she was about to attack Stryker, then Victor grabs her and threatens to kill her.

I don't understand this. Victor was practically read to kill Stryker himself. Both him and Kayla wanted something from Stryker that he was refusing to give. She could have used her "tactile hypnosis" to make him give them both what they wanted.

Why did Victor grab Kayla and threaten to kill her??

He did it to make her scream so that Wolverine would come back.

I thought she would try to talk a guard into letting Emma go.She tried to make Victor put her down,but her Mind Games don't work on him.She'd have to touch Stryker before she could push him into letting Emma go.Victor grabbed Kayla befor she could.

Creed said it in a way to Logan when he saves him from weapon XI for a moment: "Nobody gets to kill you but me" - or something like that. Anyway, when she "attacks" Stryker he reacts because she is not part of his plan nor vengeance. He is a BMF and won't let no dame stand in between him and Stryker - even if they have similar goals.... At least this is how I more or less took it.

Also Kayla was an asset to Stryker and so certainly not in Strykers interest if she was damaged.
