Is Liev Sabretooth in this movie?

Is Victor Sabretooth in this version? If so his interpretation is so different than in the original.

Is Victor Logan's brother or half-brother?

I have never read the comics, but wasn't sabretooth his father in the comics. Did they try to incorporate that in the movie and it didn't work or am I just completely wrong.

If someone could answer this is would really appreciate it.

Half-brother. They have the same father, but different mothers.

Yes.

If so his interpretation is so different than in the original.

We know that he wanted what done to Logan but Stryker wouldn't do it. Maybe he tried and it triggered the mutant cells to mutate more. 
