I rewatched this after watching FC with a friend (dude is a way bigger X-Men fan than me) and explained to me that his way of justifying the two Emmas was just saying the one from the 60s was the main Emma and the other was merely a younger clone (step ford cuckoo) that where is adopted and a sister Kayla.
Well i looked in to this and i would choose to ignore the Stepford Cuckoos, that does also not add up, because that incident also involves an adult Jean Grey, who restores a dead Emma Frost by manipulating the
"Cosmic Phoenix Force".
http://marvel.com/universe/Stepford_CuckoosWhy to ignore regarding the movies: X-Men: Apocalypse.
Movie takes place roughly 10 years after X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
Jean Grey is introduced as a young adult of 18-20 years of age, who never has released the Phoenix and is for the first time released full force in this movie.
