Did he have a death wish or something? He literally accomplished nothing but get beat up and then shot. I get that he wanted to show up his dad, but seriously, in the end it didn't even matter or count for anything. Roarke gave zero sh!ts, his reputation didn't suffer, and Johnny died for nothing. Nancy killing Roark eventually made it even more pointless, in a way.
shareOr, from another POV, what the hell was Roarke thinking? He got so upset in the first film about his (totally insane and fkd up) 'only' son being killed, whereas it turns out in this one that he has loads of 'other' children, albeit illegitimately. Nevertheless, he shoots the son who actually seems like a decent guy - one who actually MIGHT have made a decent President with the right backing.
And on that note, god help us all, whatever happens today...
