DWP is 18 years old! What about it seems dated?

I am amazed that for one thing the fashions don’t seem that dated. If you compare a film from 1966 with one from 1984, the styles are wildly different.

1. Cell phones - obviously tech is different in a post iPhone world.

Dated? Who cares? It's a movie about human behavior and emotions. What difference does it make if they have cell phones or not? That's a rhetorical question--no answer is required.
