Anakin and Ahsoka

So I'm watching Episode 1 right now, and I just realized something: Anakin and Ahsoka would have entered the Jedi Order at about the same time.

Ahsoka is 14 years old when she first debuts in the Clone Wars movie. Anakin would have been about 20 years old at that time I think (he was 19 in Ep II). So there is a 6 year age difference between the two. Anakin is 9 years old in Ep I, which would make Ahsoka 3 years old at that time--probably around when she was found by Plo Koon. (Just checked Wookiepedia, she was indeed 3 years old when she was brought to the Jedi Temple).

So there you have it. Just a cool thing I didn't notice until now.

Ha, that is cool. It occurred to me while I was watching the show that they weren't really all that far apart in age (about 5 or 6 years like you said), but it didn't occur to me that they were actually part of the Order for about the same amount of time. Anakin was one quick learner.
