Is there a box set that contains the final season?

I want to own the complete series on Blu-ray but it seems that the final season (The Lost Missions) isn't part of the set.
Do I have to purchase it separately or does a complete series set with the lost missions exist?

Also...is the theatrical movie part of the season 1 Blu-ray or is that also something that must be purchased separately?

The Clone Wars final season, The Lost Missions, is indeed on its own separate Blu-Ray release, same with the theatrical feature which isn't part of Season 1.

I wouldn't count on it being put in a box set.

Seasons 1-5 and the movie are WB releases, while the "Lost Missions" is a Disney release.
