I just watched "The Wrong Jedi"(Season 5 finale) and at the end, when Ahsoka left the temple, Anakin told her he knew how it feels to want to leave the order. I figured he was talking about his marriage to Padmé. Ahsoka then replied: "I know.."
Anyone else get the feeling that this was what they were talking about?
Yeah. At the very least, she suspected something was up between those two.

Yeah I think the same rang true with Obiwan, notice he didn't sound surprised or shocked when correctly guessing Anakin was the father to Padme's unborn in Revenge of the Sith, just an upset and somber disappointment. It wasn't hard to figure out Anakin and Padme had something going on if you were in Skywalker's inner core circle of trusted friends like Obiwan, Ahsoka, and Palpatine. Hell even Clovis realized something was up and he wasn't in that circle, Palpatine went so far as to assume the two were married with no evidence.

ObiWan had to, at the very least, suspect it. He straight up asked if it was Anakins baby, not even needing an answer when meeting Padme before going to Mustafar in Ep III. He had to have suspected, probably well before the start of Ep III.
If Ahsoka suspected it, I really doubt she'd ever say anything to Anakin or any other Jedi about it.
Going into Rebels, Ahsoka seemed like she was kind of in denial about Anakin being Vader, but we knew she knew it was the truth. She clearly knew about his leanings to the dark side, but never wanted to address it with him, or anyone else, due to being so young at the time. She would have kept quiet about Padme as well. I think she thought that there might be more to the friendship that most thought they had.

shareYeah true lol. Although Palpantine wasn't a random "guess" haha. He was the Emperor remember, and used the force to read Anakins mind. That's how he also knew about the nightmares he had been having hooked him by telling him the Sith can save people from death.

I always figured everyone knew they had a "connection", maybe even suspected something more. But they didn't think they can were doing it, er I mean married.we all have friends and colleagues whom we suspect but are never sure of....
shareI just finished watching this series (well, the "essential" episodes) and I think she knew. There were hints. Anakin even admits basically that he knew what she was going through with Lux, and at the time she seemed surprised to hear that, but I'm sure she put it together later. She seems to have Anakin fairly well figured out by the time she walks away from him.
