Does anyone know whether this movie used only the grounds, or showed the exterior of the mansion, or filmed interiors in the mansion?

Does anyone know what fictional building Greystone Mansion was supposed to be, and the fictional location of it?

From the plot synopsis Greystone is probably Amanda's house in Los Angeles.

Since Greystone probably appears in dozens of films set in LA, if they were all in the same fictional universe either people would keep moving in and out of the house very rapidly or else some developer a century ago would have built several identical large mansions in LA.

MAGolding, Greystone Mansion was only used for the interior shots of Amanda and Graham's lunch date while she was still in England. The exterior shots of their date were filmed at Cornwell Manor in England.
