what is this one like & is it as good as the 1st?
In my opinion, it’s one of the worst films I’ve watched this year. I’m ashamed I bought it. I gave it to my sister.
The first one is much much better.
Anyway, watch the film and decide for yourself.
After hearing all those negative things about it, I went with really low expectations - and I wasn't disappointed with the final product, but it's definitely nowhere near as good as the first one.
It's somewhat entertaining and fast-paced, but it's too short, hasn't got much of a story and is just a pointless, rushed sequel if you ask me. The acting is really good though, I thought all the cast did a great job, and Eric Lively, Erica Durance, Gina Holden and co. are really good in this. I give it a 5/10 and IMO it's an OK sequel - but definitely not as great as the amazing original (which gets an 8/10 from me). Plus, it ends too quickly and there was no explanation at all of how Nick got the powers and everything - they seemed just randomly thrown in the movie.
But you should check it and see for yourself, if you haven't seen the first one you may like it - but if you dig the original, I'm pretty sure you'll overall be disappointed with this one.
